The goal is to identify as much of what will be required from you as well as from me to draft into an agreement proposal for review. This helps define the scope of services required, consultants needed for the project as well as compensation and expenses.
Once agreed upon I draft up an industry standardized contract for signatures and we'll begin work on the project with frequent communication to discuss options from schematic design through to construction documents (ie. your house plans!) No Obligations Here. Just Professional Feedback on your Home Design Project.
